Our most common Stratos questions
What is your process to make Stratos Tablets?
We closely monitor our product creation from seed to sale. We grow our cannabis with non-synthetic pesticides, release the oil via CO2 super extraction to maintain the full spectrum of the plant, manufacture using pharmaceutical grade-equipment and techniques, and package the products in our own facility. We even do our deliveries. Only STRATOS employees touch our products before they arrive at your dispensary!
How much should I take?
No matter if you are 100lbs or 300lbs, always start with 5 mg until you understand the effect on YOUR body. Cannabis tolerance has nothing to do with body mass. After you understand how you are effected, you can gradually increase your dose until the desired effect is realized. STRATOS tablets can be cut in half with a pill cutter to achieve your perfect dose. Regardless of your dose, it is important to STAY HYDRATED!
I'm not feeling anything in an hour. What is wrong?
Have you eaten? THC is fat-soluble so you must have food in your stomach to reap the effects of edibles. A snack or a table spoon of coconut oil can help with uptake. If you’re still waiting, there is about 10-20% of the population that lacks a particular liver enzyme, Cytochrome P450, which metabolizes THC to 11-Hydroxy THC. They cannot feel ‘high’ no matter how much THC they ingest.
How long before I feel the effects?
Unlike brownies or other edibles, which take 1 to 2 hours to kick in, our tablets can be felt in 15 to 30 minutes. However, wait at least an hour before you consume more and be sure you’ve eaten!
How long does the effect last?
Depending on your individual metabolism, it should last at least 4 hours. If you are sleeping, the Sleep products tend to last about 8 hours.
Do Stratos contain caffeine or melatonin?
Absolutely not! The only active ingredient in our tablets is cannabis oil. The reasoning behind creating them this way is cannabis doses are very patient specific. Patient A may need 5mg THC and Patient B may need 500mg THC to achieve the same effect. Patient B does not, however, need 100 times as much caffeine or melatonin as Patient A.
